Welcome to Cortez.
WildEdge Brewing Collective opened on April 11th, 2017 in downtown Cortez after a 7 month renovation of a vacant warehouse. Our concept is that great beer builds great community. Our central location in Cortez, one block north of Main Street in the Central Business District, provides a great space to pursue this goal.

Island Dream (5.2%): Kettle sour with Guava and Passionfruit. Available in 4-pack.

Monkey Wrench (5%): Our flagship pale ale made with Citra and Huell Melon hops. Available in 4-pack.
Juniperus (5.5%): Pale ale brewed with local Juniper. Portion of proceeds donated to the Montezuma Land Conservancy.
Metamorphosis (7%): West Coast IPA dry hopped with Citra and local Cascade hops. Available in 4-pack.

Snow Dance (5.8%): Semi-sweet milk stout. Available in 4-pack.
Noctivagant (7.5%): Rich stout with bold notes of coffee, cocoa, and roast. Fairly dry. *contains lactose. Available in 4-pack.
Everything Nice (4.8%): Belgian Table Beer with cardamom, coriander, and orange peel. Available in 4-pack.
Orangesicle (5.5%): An orange creamsicle inspired beer with OJ, lactose, and vanilla. Draft only.
Andiamo (5.5%): Amber ale with rosemary and lemon. Available in 4-pack.
